Where the hell have I been? Part 2 - ON HIATUS
Well, I've been kind of bummed about our house purchase falling through.
As someone who blogs on the micro-community level, I feel I am neither here nor there. I'm not sure I'm really a part of Lincoln Park because I may be leaving shortly for another Chicago neighborhood, but I don't know which one.
Obviously, blogging-wise, I've come to a screeching halt.
I need to go on hiatus until I know where I'm living, until I know exactly which community is mine.
I can't help it. I'm sorry for that and thank you for your readership.
In the meantime, I've got two things for you:
1) The long-ago promised comments section for all the positive things our community groups bring to our ward. Please go wild about what you love about them. There is plenty to be said.
2) I'm considering launching a different blog soon that will focus a bit more on issues of what it means, really, to go green, and my love for our natural places and open spaces -- all with a Chicago point of view.
Stay tuned. I'm mulling a title. Should I ramp it up, I will post the information here.
Thanks to everyone for their friendship and comments.
Many joyful blessings will fall on who ever reads this post on the day they read it.
I'm sure of it.
