No doubt about it. While her fellow incumbents fell to their spirited opponents or clung to their seats by a thread, Vi was way out ahead of Michele Smith.  Clearly, voters felt her leadership and track record were worthy of her keeping her job.She raked in 4,347 votes to Smith's 3,798 with 98.31% of the vote in.
